What the portal collects

Sign in with ChatGPT verifies your account identity and email. We store your intake, business goals, selected package, next steps, milestones, document request checklist, and agreed billing terms to review your inquiry and deliver your services. Amanda manages client access through a private administrator dashboard.

Payments

Payments open on Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe handles your payment card details. The portal records the amount, payment status, and Stripe transaction references. A deposit does not authorize an automatic balance charge. Payments do not automatically sync to Wave.

Documents, once activated

Submit only documents Amanda requests for your agreed service. Where possible, redact information unrelated to that request. Never submit passwords, online banking credentials, or payment card numbers. This portal does not send uploaded documents to lenders or other recipients on your behalf.

Files will be sent over an encrypted connection to the inspection provider named in your workspace before being stored. Upload consent covers that inspection and private storage. No inspection provider is currently connected. An inspection error or unsafe verdict will block the upload.

Accepted files will be encrypted in private storage. Your approved account and Amanda's administrator account will be authorized to retrieve them. Files will not have public links. Hosting and storage infrastructure are provided through Sites and Cloudflare; those providers process information needed to operate the service. OpenAI handles account sign-in, and Stripe handles checkout. No system can guarantee that a security incident will never occur.

Retention and deletion

The prepared document workflow blocks downloads 90 days after each upload. Expired files must then be removed from storage. Automatic cleanup is still awaiting connection and validation; uploads will remain disabled until that requirement is met. Once activated, you can delete your documents in the portal or ask Amanda for earlier deletion. Downloaded copies on your or Amanda's devices are outside the portal's deletion controls.

Intake, service, billing, and audit records are separate from document files and are not automatically erased at 90 days. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion. We will confirm the scope of your request, including records that must be retained for business obligations. File activity logs record account identifiers, actions, file identifiers, and timestamps, rather than document contents or original filenames.

Protecting your account

Use your own account and device, secure your ChatGPT account, and sign out on shared devices. Sign-in establishes identity; Amanda must also approve client workspace access. The portal's document access security review is not complete, and it does not currently enforce a separate second-factor check for document access.
